Hey y’all- hope your Friday is wonderful. Small reminder to us Delaware C-Corps out there: the deadline for filing Delaware franchise taxes is TOMORROW.
But don’t get scared.
I have an amazing resource for you: Gust. They published a whole walkthrough so you and procrastinators like me can file our taxes and breathe at the same time. And if you have extra questions, my friends and Gust executives Peter Swan and Ryan Nash are in our community to help.
